I stayed here four days after they opened. Staff was fantastic, the room was great.

Location: it's next to a bowling alley so there are occasions where rowdy folks going there can be heard from your room. In general, the area is a bit rough.

No restaurant or bar on-site. Breakfast is in a buffet area: the eggs were triangles, rather than scrambled; there were McMuffin like sandwiches in addition to OJ, apple juice, coffee and tea. Muffins and bananas were available.

The pool area has a fun skylight.

Also, I couldn't help but notice that in the pool area there are two doors that are misplaced. The door that should be inside is outside and the door that should be outside is inside. This was the case December 6-8, 2024, and was still the case December 22. It's difficult to open the door from the inside as there's nothing to grasp or hold onto.

Absolutely horrible experience. They charged us $275 pet fee for one 15 lb dog instead of $75 they have on their website!!! Apart from fraudulent billing practices, their staff including the assistant manager are extraordinarily unprofessional and engage in behavior like yelling at their customers. Save your money and time and pick the Best Western Plus half a mile away for excellent professional customer service and transparent honest billing!

Absolutely horrible customer service experience. I've been here since the 24th of December and have had breakfast here in the dining room with my dog every day since and today suddenly the hotel manager, who previously only informed me that dogs aren't allowed at the breakfast counter tells me that my dog can't sit with me in the dining room area. If it's a so called pet policy why was it not enforced before? Why was I humiliated like this out of the blue on my 5th day of breakfast? I'll never be returning to this establishment or recommend anyone to stay here.

This is a new hotel in a good location. Best you can get in the area. Free breakfast and parking, They are still working out some issues with running a hotel etc, John at the desk provides excellent customer service.

We had a really nice time at the Hilton Home2 Suites in Eureka. I will definitely recommend it to my friends/anyone visiting again. I live here but I enjoyed my stay too 🙂 . The hotel was in a perfect location for us because it was right across the street from a bus stop and right behind the hotel there's a nature trail. There was a bowling alley next door, several restaurants, a dispensary and my fav Anglin's thrift store within a couple blocks. The hotel had modern amenities, the usb, USBc chargers everywhere was convenient. I loved the all day hot drinks in the lobby area (coffee, tea, cocoa). The staff was friendly, it felt like there was always staff available if we needed anything and they did ask us throughout our stay. The food was hot, and plentiful, everything was clean. They had a waffle maker with a selection of fixins, yogurt, cerials, Jimmy Dean sandwiches & omelette bowls that were prepackaged. The 24/7 fitness room has a nice Pelotón bike which was fun. I would recommend checking that out. There were several outdoor seating areas that were gated. I wish we had spent more time in there, especially the one with the fire pit table.

Hotel very spacious, staff is very kind and hotel has only been opened for 2 weeks.
If you ahve a chance to visit Eureka, try to stay here.
