Paid $200 for a night. This included the cost of the room, deposit and tax and then was told that I am not allowed to have any guest at all while I stayed there. Not even my ride who drove me 2 hours to my destination would not be allowed to stay take 1 hour to rest her eyes before driving back home! I couldnt believe that I was being told this

Never have I been treated so poorly while staying in a motel. Residents can't talk to each other not even to say hello. I asked for a non smoking room because I have a child and don't smoke in the room with him. They put me in a smoking room because of my service dog which is understandable however they then tell me to smoke inside. I sit with my door open so that the air inside doesn't get stale and nasty, I was told to stay inside and shut my door. My sons father comes and visits for an hour each day no matter where I am at and was told it is a twenty dollar fee per visitor...I said well he might as well stay here with me then. Every motel I have ever stayed at does not require a visitor fee. To have another adult stay with me has only cost five to ten dollars per adult. They should not charge a fee for a service animal and yet they do...a deposit is understandable then when they check the room and find no destruction from the animal they give it back...not this place. I found a dope pipe in the garbage right where my son can reach it and I have seen the house keeping going through someones phone left on their nightstand while they stepped out and when they came back I informed them. So my rating for this motel shouldn't even have a star. They were extremely rude and disrespectful of personal space, boundaries, and their customer service is something to be evaluated. I would not recommend this place for anyone with children or pets. I Aldo would not recommend this place for a stay longer then a day for those just passing through. I would however recommend Red Roof Inn or even Hesperia Inn which has been renamed The Thrifty Motel or any other motel/hotel.

There's nothing special about this motel and the name doesn't reflect the inside.

There were bed bugs and cockroaches in the room. Although, the staff did tend to the bed bugs, but you have to be persistent with them about taking care of the situation. Otherwise, they do not care.

The staff is 7/10 with taking care of their patrons. They do not thoroughly clean the rooms. They'll sweep and mop real quick and they're out. No cleaning of the toilet, shower, mirror, window valance, A/C vent, or microwave.

Housekeeping can be rude at times, but I've always received fresh towels, linens, and toiletries upon request.

The WiFi is ridiculous here! Constant disconnects from the network and slow speeds.

There is constant smoking of weed on the premises. People hang out in front of their door and smoke weed a lot. Wanna get some drugs? This is the spot to get them. Wanna watch LivePD in real life? Come here and you'll see it! Drugs and hookers are abundant here.

They do not allow "guests" that are not on the registry, bit it still happens daily.

I heard one of the managers telling a patron that "he cannot hang outside of his room and he must stay inside". He argued with the patron for quite some time.

This place was the worst we have ever stayed in!!! The remote didn't work, missing light bulbs, toilet sit was broke. When checking in the guy was so rude and mean. We already had on credit card so had to stay. During the night people were yelling, playing loud missing and the paramedics even showed up. When going to leave the guy walked the parking lot watching and scolding the guest left to check out. He was very hostile. As driving off we even saw that the police had showed up. One guest said he even added charges on their credit card for silly reasons. Just FYI be very careful with this place, he will treat you like a criminal. There is even a security camera that rotates facing in the rooms!!! He watches everything.

Stayed at this motel for 2 years. During that time, the owners Robert and Sonya were very accommodating. The managers Mike and Carmen were always polite and friendly. The rooms were well appointed and I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to anyone.
