Park Place in Mountain View offers a unique blend of comfort and convenience that I truly appreciate. The layout of my apartment is spacious, with modern finishes that make it feel both inviting and stylish.

One of the standout features for me is the community atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any concerns. The amenities are excellent, especially the pool area, which is a great spot to unwind.
Location-wise, I couldn’t ask for more. Being close to downtown Mountain View means I have easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transport, which is a big plus.

Overall, living at Park Place has been a positive experience, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a vibrant community in a prime location.

Park place is a great location to live in and the leasing office has nice people but Prometheus is yet another monopolistic corporation that does not care about its tenants. We lived here for several years and the door entrances are always broken leading to incidents like people getting robbed at knife-point in the garage. The leasing office never does anything about it because its always the responsibility if someone at a higher level and Prometheus just does not care.

We recently leased an apartment with Park Place. The leasing office was extremely helpful and welcoming, and helped us navigating the whole process smoothly. Special thanks to Michelle for her support and for going above and beyond to make this a reality. Also Rudy and Bryan were very nice and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Entrance doors have been broken for months and management is not doing anything about it. Last night a resident was approached at knifepoint in the garage by a person who demanded their car keys, then proceeded to steal the car. Several other cars had their tires slashed on the same night. Management "fixed" this by providing a security guard for 3 NIGHTS (what a joke). We need security cameras, 24/7 surveillance and doors that actually lock and don't get broken every other day.

Before you decide to rent here make sure you join the community WhatsApp group and the local tenants union if you want any hope of reasonable maintenance being done.

The list of grievances the current tenants have is long.

For example, The management has refused to address serious safety issues with broken doors/locks.

There are frequent false fire alarms. Despite letter after letter from groups of tenants they've refused to address the issues.

And they will increase your rent by the maximum allowed by law every year (8.8% this year), so be prepared to be priced out in 2 years or so.

One more, the poor quality insulation and construction means your utility bills will be about 2x higher than comparable units - keep that in mind when budgeting.

Finally look at the 5 star reviews, they are all obviously fake reviews, do you really want to live in a 1-star rated complex?
