I usually don’t leave comments about my experience staying at a hotel, but to be honest, this was my worst experience in recent years. I stayed at this hotel last year and had no complaints. The room was new and modern.

This year, while traveling with my boyfriend, I chose the same hotel. The first room we were given didn’t have a working heater. The agent was super friendly and upgraded us to a room where the heater was working. At that point, everything seemed fine.

Unfortunately, during the night, even though we were extremely tired from driving all day, we were woken up several times by noise. In the morning, it got worse. I could hear people talking in the hallway and footsteps from the floor above.

This was a completely different experience compared to last time. It’s not worth the price. For a little extra, you could stay at the AC Hotel not far from here. The AC Hotel which is also under the Marriott brand. For just a little more money, the AC Hotel offered a far better experience with quieter rooms. Think carefully before deciding to stay at this hotel!

We stayed at Aloft Hotel in Sunnyvale for New Year’s Eve, and I have to say, Gilbert, the maintenance guy, made our experience exceptional! He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our stay. Whether it was assisting with a quick fix or just his approachable demeanor, Gilbert truly stood out. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and professional these days. Thank you, Gilbert, for making our New Year’s Eve celebration even more memorable! Aloft is lucky to have you on their team.
