I love it here! The staff is SO friendly and helpful. The location is a short walk to excellent restaurants and a short car ride to all the major highways. There are parks and good shopping close by. The neighbors seem very friendly as well.

Rooms are nice, albeit overpriced. However, the building is absolutely infested with ants. If you leave any food out at all they will swarm, hundreds at a time. The seals around the windows are not airtight, allowing both ants and the train horns in to disturb residents.

We also experienced mail theft since packages get left in the lobby which has poor security. The thieves simply used a credit card to open the lobby door, MVPD said they get a lot of reports from this building.

With a couple quality improvements around the construction, and the upcoming Caltrain overpass, this could be a great location and beautiful place to live. As it stands, there are some serious issues.

Amazing service from Nestor Hernandez. Was friendly, patient and extremely welcoming. Unfortunately, we didn’t end up calling this our home, but if the apartment is anything like Nestor’s service, it’d be great to live in.

Living in this apartment has been an absolute delight! The location is perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and parks. I love the sense of community here, thanks to the fantastic events organized by the leasing office. From movie nights to ice-cream socials, they really know how to bring everyone together. The leasing office staff is incredibly friendly, always ready to assist and make you feel at home. They go above and beyond to ensure residents have a positive living experience. And speaking of maintenance, it's lightning fast! Any issues I've had were swiftly addressed, leaving me impressed with their efficiency. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home!

Great location, and the service team maintains the grounds and buildings very well. The new service team has been great - quick and efficient with maintenance requests. We had an issue with no hot water in the kitchen sink and it was serviced the same day we submitted the ticket and fixed.

Not worth the price by far.

Pro: Newer, well maintained units with cordial staff present. Convenient if you need Caltrain but have no hearing.

Con: Im not a light sleeper but after 8 months, sound deadening window covers, earplugs and white noise machine its unbearable; I cannot sleep through the night. On weekdays trains can pass every few minutes, blowing the horn 4-7 times coming and going from 5am to 2am. Be warned you sign away any legal recourse for this when leasing.
I've had mail stolen and been verbally accosted by homeless individual. The gym consistently has an overpowering body odor, and there have been attempted garage break ins that were remedies by screwing in a metal plate over the damaged door where anyone with a screwdriver could remove. Many of the other units in this building are short term rental/corporate housing.

It looks great, but there’s zero sound isolation. The trains are honking all night and you can hear it like it’s happening right next to your ear. I could only sleep for ~4 hours because the trains go on honking even after midnight and starting up around 5 am.

Maintenance Review: (4th floor apt) The previous maintenance team friendly, but extremely slow to address, review and resolve service tickets/issues. The new maintenance team thus far has been a different experience, they're focused, easy to talk to and they move with urgency when resolving issues.

We had a small crack in bathroom sink which turned into a much bigger crack due to how long it took them to address the problem, the previous team told us it would be a headache to change, take months to find parts and schedule a removal/install.

After bringing the issue to new PM, the new maintenance team did it in less than a week. I'm sure if the part came sooner it would have been <72hrs or even same day, suffice to say this team is 10x better than the previous. Bryan took charge and even changed our stove accessories while he was at it, happy the A-team is in town. Makes all the difference when you're paying what you're paying here.
