I want to give a star to 2 maintenance guys Efrim and John, who worked two days to figure out my laundry machine installation. They did a good job to make sure it was working fine. Efrim responses quickly and have a very good communication. Specially the way they left place clean and neat after their work was very noticeable! Great job guys and thank you! Since John started working on site, we can notice he fixed many small jobs here and there and the site looks little better
maintained!
I always had problem with my laundry machine since I moved in, but management was refusing to change it saying that machine is still good, and only changing some parts of it. Thanks to Angelica Flores, who finally responded to my last email and understood my frustration and finally made it happen to change it to a new one.
