We had stayed here for years but hadn't been back for 8 years. We were pleasantly surprised as the park is under new management and Crystal in the office is very sweet and helpful. The sizes of the lots vary significantly, the smaller sites are tight. The small dog walk is a nice addition. The location is great and we love the area. We hope to be back sooner!

We have been coming here for over 5 years. This place is clean, a great location & the staff go above and beyond. We'll be making more reservations at this park. There are lot's of activities in the area. The restrooms & showers are clean & work good. The ocean is within walking distance. This place is everything, and more, it says on the website. This park gets crowded so that says alot! You will be happy you came here.

Cleanest bathrooms, shower, and laundry I have ever seen at an RV park! We like this park because it’s low key and quiet and within easy walking distance to the beach and the town of Morro Bay.

The only things that we ended up liking about this place is it did long term stays except you have to move every few weeks… the website boasts “ We are a boutique full service RV Park…” but it’s not… the bathrooms are gross and not cleaned regularly, the doors to them don’t work often and the tiny sites barely fit the trailers they jam in here. There’s absolutely nowhere to park except on some dirt on the side of the road near the parks. Even thought it’s quite trashy.. it’s also stated “The park is beautifully landscaped and conveniently located within a few minutes walk to… downtown Morro Bay's shopping, restaurants and the famous Embarcadero along the waterfront” it is not walking distance from restaurants of shopping or downtown at all and it’s a pretty run down looking park. Very sad to see how different the park truly is from the sites description. There is absolutely nothing boutique about this place. The manager is hardly ever in her office and often leaves hours early. Park 1 is the only decent park and even then so not worth the money… also like to add that the park workers smoke pot on the job. All around super trashy place will be disputing with bank. The Wi-Fi is also barely functioning. Park manager could use some lessons in professionalism.

This place is REALLY SAD!! Stay someplace else!! It is basically a parking lot that overlooks a vacant lot that has old constructure equipment stored on it!
Right on the road - no view of the water as their website eludes to... Restrooms are old and dirty - will NOT stay here again. I love how their description of this place on their website says "boutique RV park" - what a joke!!

This place is amazing, the bathrooms are just so clean. The people are so friendly, everything is well maintained. It's such a close walk to the beach. We enjoyed our time and will definitely be back.
