Good place with awesome helpful staff ! Good ambiance, tent ⛺️ is spacious and heater was a must for a family. The container was clean with colorful lights! Bed 🛏️ was a soft mattress. Missing toilets 🚽 for the tents and car parking to far in getting the luggage to the tent. Amenities are separate extras costs ! Can be A Great place! ⭐️ STars gazing skyline 🌃 was amazing , made it special! Joshua tree NP amazing unique place

We booked this accommodation to enjoy the stars during a long road trip. After a lengthy drive, we arrived in the late afternoon and were immediately impressed by the beauty and charm of the place.
We ordered a bundle of firewood for the campfire, which was delivered promptly. The staff member was friendly and provided helpful explanations.
Just a heads up: the gate entry and check-in information are sent separately after booking, so it is good to keep that handy.
We stayed in the Guard Tower, which doesn’t have a bathroom inside, but that was fine for a night in such a lovely and unique spot.
The pool is quite tiny, but it still offers a nice spot to cool off. You can also lie on the rooftop to watch the twinkling stars or sit in the nearby chairs for a great view.
I would like to recommend this place for couples looking for a romantic getaway or for friends wanting to escape the city.

We stayed at Tower 2, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The pictures on Booking.com can be misleading, as the main photos show an indoor bathroom and shower. When we made the reservation, it was listed as "One bedroom, one bathroom, and Sauna." However, neither the tents nor the towers have a bathroom or shower. Instead, you have to walk about 300 steps to access the nearest facilities.

There is only one outdoor shower on the property, and I can’t imagine how it would accommodate guests during the busy season, as it would need to be shared by at least two dozen people. It was quite uncomfortable having to wake up in the middle of the night and walk a couple of minutes to the only mobile bathroom available. Additionally, this place does not seem suitable for winter. We had to shower outdoors in 30-degree weather, which was extremely unpleasant. To make matters worse, the shower stopped working while we were waiting in the cold. Thankfully, a staff member came to fix it, but standing outside in freezing temperatures was far from ideal.

The bedroom was not very clean, either. We found hairs under the sheets and a lot of dirt under the bed (see pictures). Also, the Booking.com pictures show what appears to be a hot tub, but it’s actually a pool with frigid water. Every advertised amenity has an additional charge, and many areas have unfriendly "reserved" signs that make you feel unwelcome.

Given the high cost of this property and the lack of comfort, cleanliness, and functionality, we were very disappointed. This experience fell far short of what we would consider "glamping," and we left feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied.

This place gets 2 stars: one for the location right next to the park and the other one for the potential it has. The rest was very disappointing: the place is advertised as "glamping" but nothing was glamorous about it. They are clearly not prepared for the winter: the heaters in the tents are rather for decoration and the (one) shower that is available outdoors wasn't working for the 2 nights that we were there because the water was frozen. The maintenance is very poor too, for the entire duration of our stay there was no soap in the bathrooms. Also, there is only one bathroom and one shower for the entire camp. Taking a shower outdoors under the stars is nice when it's working.

We cannot express how grateful we are to have found this magical place to host our wedding! This place is just exceptional all around -- from the accommodations, to the service -- everything was well-thought. You can tell how much intention they put into making this space a great experience for anyone that stays in it. Ryan was amazing in keeping the good energy all throughout the weekend. Would 1000% recommend staying here if you need a break or to host a lovely event.

My experience with Luke in customer service was highly disappointing and unwelcoming. I arrived at the location around 9:30 PM and initially had trouble finding the parking area due to poor lighting and an unclear parking sign. This is when I encountered Luke. He approached me, questioned how I got there, and informed me that I was in the wrong spot. I apologized and asked for directions, but instead of simply guiding me, he was extremely rude and spoke in a condescending manner.

This was my very first interaction with the host, and it happened within the first minute of my arrival. Unfortunately, it left a negative impression and made me regret choosing this location, which is disappointing given how nice everything else was.

If Luke had been even slightly more respectful, I wouldn’t have felt the need to write this review, especially since the location itself and the amenities were excellent. After parking, I was greeted by another gentleman who was the complete opposite of Luke. He was welcoming and took the time to show us around, creating a much more positive experience.

It’s disheartening that such a brief 60-second interaction with Luke could tarnish an otherwise pleasant visit.

Fui passar uma noite no Joshua Tree park e escolhi este lugar sem prestar muita atenção aos detalhes, por isso não vou nem citar que tem 1 banheiro pra muitas tendas e quartos, e que o chuveiro fica a 1 metro de um outro quarto, até porque o responsável pela propriedade vai me responder com um textão cheio de argumentos e arrogância, está mesma que ele usou comigo no chat do booking. Vou me atentar à ousadia de cobrar 49 dólares para ligar o aquecedor do quarto numa noite de muito frio, depois de eu ter pago um quarto com um preço nada baixo.

É muito bom para quem quer instagramar fotos, mas sem o mínimo de conforto e atendimento.

E ainda por cima fica mandando mensagem pedindo pra dar 10 de classificação no booking. E depois de eu classificar o espaço, já recebi o textão do príncipe por lá ahahaha

Wunderschön - Wir hatte einer der Türme gemietet für eine Nacht bevor wir am nächsten Tag in den JoshuaTree Nationalpark wollten.
Perfekte Lage für in den Park, sehr schön & stilvoll eingerichtet & ein Highlight war den Sternenhimmel auf dem Dach zu beobachten!
Auch die Umgebung wunderschön gestalter mit Pool,Palmen & Feuerstelle 😍😍😍
