Take it from someone who lived here for a year. If you have the funds to afford something else within the price range, do so.

The complex is poorly managed by one woman who strictly works between 9-5. Your requests and pleas before 9 and after 5 are completely disregarded.

Something broken? Expect to wait and wait for maintenance. But that's after she asks numerous times if you've turned a switch on and off! Once you exhaust all options, THEN she'll bring maintenance out. Nothing like having no outlets + a stove not work for an entire week, while she asks if I've checked all my switches.

You need to communicate something? Expect to have to text her three to four times.

Don't expect a clean apartment when you move in. Mine was filthy when I got there, left it pretty clean when I left and was still charged to clean it!

I was walking on dirt black floors, I spent two full days cleaning them only to get charged when I leave.

Laundry machines are always broken. And they close at NINE. Why? They open at 7am and they close at 9. So for the unfortunate folks who work late or get up early you're out of luck.

And hopefully you're not in a gated parking that has a broken gate 24/7. Because let me tell you, being stuck in a gated parking lot SUCKS.

Overall, poorly managed and run. Multiple rules that are never implemented correctly or with what seems logic. The apartments get HOT in the summer because the wall unit is in the kitchen and no where near the bedroom.

Bathroom is small as heck with no counter at all for anything. Kitchen is the size of a half bath basically. No counter space for those who like to even just cut some fruit up. Expect clutter.
