Terrible service cleanliness is next to godliness but this place was disgusting that I wouldn't want my pet to sleep there The swamp.coolers/ a/c unit didnt work for anyroom.the heat was down right unbarable terrible place to stay

I stayed there 28 days. It was horrible. Carpet is nasty, very nasty! We kept our child in his play pen because we would not let him go on the carpet(it was filthy looking and sticky when walking on certain parts). I never walked barefooted or in socks on carpet, kept shoes or slippers on. The room was not clean. The bedding was not clean. There were sticky mice traps in room(although we never encountered any mice). Bathroom was not clean. I didn't see any bugs in the room I was in(actual one bedroom with small full kitchen that was dirty, we cleaned ourselves). And there were prostitution with dope head females. And other crack heads and meth heads occupying rooms. AND THIS IS THE TRUTH!!!!!!!!!! They don't deserve any stars!!! If you go, ask to see any rooms before you pay. And they will make you check out after 28 days and allow you to come back after a few days. By far one of the most filthiest motels I have ever stayed at! And it really puzzles me when I see these good reviews. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE WOULD LIE. Clearly they stayed at the same motel I did. There good reviews are misleading!

The carpet needs to be gone!!!!! They have so much bugs And air conditioning hardly works. 50 the night but for 13 dollars more and a 15 minutes drive i rather go to motel 6 in mojave. Really clean and nice big room with hard wood floor

Stayed at this place for 3 months while working nearby. Its an older motel, but Rooms are clean. Never saw any bugs. Usually pretty quiet. Service was good, room was cleaned daily if needed. Would definitely stay there again.

This motel is managed by a guy who will try to figure you out just by looking at you.
We happened to be KICKED OUT OF OUR HOME and needed a place to stay. We did have two carloads worth of belongings, but it all fit in the room just fine. The manager called to say that he saw us loading a lot of stuff into the room and could only stay for one night.

Good riddance! We found a much more hospitable place right next door - at Carl’s Motel. There were problems there, too, but if you MUST stay in Rosamond, Carl’s is WAY better than the Joshua.

Lovely place to stay for pretty cheap. They do have good weekly rates and the rooms are nice and clean. A few problems sure but nothing too serious to ruin a stay. Nice showers and staff. I enjoyed my time here.

Honestly it should be there all stars because the owner was very rude pointing his fingers making accusations and honestly he gave a vibe that it had something to do because of our skin color. All I did was come for a couple hours to let my daughter's grandmother spend time with each other and we get a call letting you know that I would be towed and she must move out immediately his wife perceives to walk out the door and then threaten to call the police... Horrible Management Service but then again they treat people like animals and with disrespect

Joshua is my go to place in Rosamond to stay because they only have daily rates. Because of all the solar and wind farms in the area all the workers fill all the motels with weekly rates. It's not the Taj Mahal but at least it's reliable.
