This cute road side motel looks to have been beautifully remodeled recently with very nice finishes, inviting colors and great price. However, we rented 3 rooms that were very dirty. All 3 rooms had mouse poop in the corners, one had it in the shower, 2 rooms had dirty sheets. When I say dirty, I mean one bed was covered in hair and dirt, and the pillows smelled like cigarettes. The dresser and nightstands were covered in some sort of sticky oil, and stained my expensive purse. It was pretty late, and we were all weary, so we all slept on top of the covers, which also came with it's own problems. The newer split air units didn't project the warm air deep enough into the room to sleep very comfortably without the dirty blankets. What a cute and pretty motel, but too bad it was SO DIRTY!

We stayed at this motel en route to Burning Man, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The owner was incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely attentive to our needs. The rooms were practical and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The service was simple, efficient, and welcoming. If you’re looking for a convenient, hassle-free place to rest before continuing your journey, this is it. Highly recommended.

It's been a year since I've been in the Klamath area. So it was surprising to see the renovation on the outside when I passed on the highway. The other hotel we used to stay at was a bit rude telling me that they were closed. So immediately went to the lodge. Well I can't say enough great about the remodel and Jack the manager. Rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable. Even tho I travel with my own pillow, theirs were comfortable. Plenty hot water. There's not enough good I can say about it. Close enough to the city but far enough away. In a safe area. Thank you again Jack for the hospitality!!!

This is my first time writing a review of a motel, but I felt as if it was important to let folks know NOT to stay here! My husband and I stayed here on a Monday night 9/23. The man who checked us in who's name is Jack, was not friendly to start with. We get into our room, and the first thing that we see is a lot of dead flies on the entire floor of the room and bathroom. We're tired, it's late, so we don't go back to the office and ring the bell and wait for someone to come over. The second thing I notice after a bit is that the sink has black crust on the front of it. I get some toilet paper and clean it off. We notice later that we only half a half a roll of toilet paper, and no second roll to replace it. When we go out to dinner, and come back for the night, we discover that the dead bolt doesn't work. I think that the clincher for me is when my husband went to take a shower in the morning, the soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower were empty. not only that, but there was no towel rack in the bathroom, and the 2 towels, and washcloths (no hand towels) were on the window sill, and when I shoot mine out, dead flies landed on the floor. Ok, now I'm mad as this was the last straw. The room wasn"t cheap either. I think that cost for the night was 121.00, and that included a dog fee. I called from the road to complain about the room, and Jack would not give me the owners number. I knew that his name is Nav, as he is the one that took my reservation. Jack finally gave me a number, but it turned out to be a wrong number. I tried calling Jack back a number of times to get the correct number, but by now he had starting blocking my calls. I texted him, but you guessed it... no reply. I think it's deplorable that they don't care enough that their customers are unhappy, but also very un-professional a the same time. Oh and the final note is that if you go the internet, it's described as having a restaurant and pool. It has neither of those things. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here, just keep driving.

Just a half mile after passing a ranger station makes you feel safe and the rooms are newly redone. Nice splitter AC, DishTv, and hot water!!! It was easy to show up on the fly and rent a room at a very reasonable rate for just showing up at 2am! Would rent again. Thank you for your kindness 🙂
