Muy buenas habitaciones, buen personal, desayuno y ambientación en general. Nada que criticar, la atención fue excelente y el hotel era bastante acogedor en cuanto a infraestructura. Hicieron todo lo que pudieron para hacer nuestra estadía mejor.

Better than expected. You can tell the building is older from the outside but the rooms and lobby are nicely updated. Comfortable beds, modern furniture and electronics. Good for the price.

The only downsides for me were no free breakfast and it can be noisy between freeway noise, the jet engine of an air conditioner, and thin walls.

The elevator and hallway were impeccably clean, although there was an unsightly pile of trash outside one of the rooms.

I will be back if I am here in SF again

This hotel was recommended by the training class I signed up for. The overall experience here was great. I only stayed for the one night but I got to experience alot. The location in relation to my training class was great and just down the road. They actually offered a breakfast and a shuttle ride to the training class if I needed it. Since it was just myself the room was a perfect size. It was clean and had everything I needed. The location was next to a couple of gas stations and across the street was a Carl's Jr. The was a plus for a quick bite. Since Courtyard is a Marriott property, it was an added bonus as a Marriott BonVoy member! Great overall stay. If I take some more training in the area I'll definitely be back!

Hotel is clean and the service is excellent! We stayed in 5th floor and the ladies that clean were attentive, very friendly and Respectful. Veronica and her crew were very nice.
