We are a family of 4 from Alabama traveling Route 66 and we were in late and looking for a reasonably priced room for 2 nights. At first the motel doesn't look so great from the outside but the rooms are fantastic. 2 double beds, with nice bedding, freezing cold air, huge spotless bathroom, clean floors, and all of the electronics were updated and has several outlets to plug in your personal items. The best part was the service from Peter. He was perfect. The only negative thing I have to say is that you have to pay for your ice. I will definitely go back there.

It's a 40$ deposit and averages from 100 to 120 for two bed and 90 for a one bed, but what i thought was dope is that they got mirrors on the roof, . Other than that rooms have fridges and microwave and service is on point, not to mention but they don't hound you for having people over unless their coming in and out. And it's right across from citrus plaza in Redlands which is a shipping center that is worth going to.

Stayed here because of a snow storm took out our power all surrounding hotels booked or extremely expensive because Friday and New Year’s Eve even this place was 220.00 for the night when it’s worth maybe 40…. It’s absolutely the most sleezy trash hotel I’ve ever stayed… mirrors surrounded ceiling and bed most certainly probably hidden cams behind them, musty smelling heavy cigarette smoke, old flat pillows as well as a bed probably from 1970s…. Loud creaky not plush for sure 2 thin bath towels with holes and thin bed spread. Honestly we would have been better off sleeping in our car and taking a bird bath in a gas station restroom.

I went to Motel 7 west for my birthday the rooms was nasty there only three. she charge to much $121. you would think you would get what you pay for right . I asked them to clean the room the room the room had a molded smell and the room was dusty i asked them if i could to be moved to another room and i was told no so me and my spouse wanted to leave and are money returned they refuse and yelled at me and so it was a yelling match . so i said ok i will make the best out of it . I turned on the water in the tube and it smellles like mold and the water didnt go down i called the front desk and and she told me to stick my hand in the wall to unclog the tub i said what for $121.Ishouldn't havent to do that i looked in the wall it was nasty nasty so me and my husband didnt enjoy the tub at all and i going to make sure to tell everyone about my experince here it was bad and it was my birthday . so me and my husband was mad that we didnt get to use the tube we been going to jacuzz room in bell flower and fullerton for 11 years never had i had a room this bad and ghetto

Office staff are friendly for the most part. Not for the traveling family.in the middle of great shopping and dining.perfect if you need to get away for the night or afternoon. hourly rates are available. Ask about the hot tub room.
