My mom was improperly discharged. Ashley the charge nurse was very disrespectful and refused to give my mom her personals to recv new meds bc they refused to provide meds or even a list of meds. Very secretive facility. I recommend this facility be investigated. They held my mom against her will despite the current events in our family. She had many accomplices. No direct answers. They wouldn’t give my mom teeth either. My mom was humiliated.

My aunt was here for not even a week. They mistreated her, withheld her meds, never cleaned her or dressed her. They were mean to her and she coded and they didn’t even call my mother who is the DPOA and takes care of her!! My aunt cried and cried and they never let her call my mom or anybody. My mom would call and they would say they couldn’t transfer her or that my aunt was sleeping. They were just so unprofessional! My aunt came back so filthy and covered in her own feces with the same clothes they took her in! This place is horrible and needs to be shut down!

I have never heard of a aftercare/assisted living facility that does not allow anyone to go inside & see where thier loved ones are staying that is until I went to Make ll Creek Manor. This is a shady operation going on here. What in the hell are they hiding? We are moving our loved one out of this shady place

On July 27, 2019 my auntie Dolores was taken there for 5 days bed rest. She was traumatized from this place she was brought back thinner filthy, she had dried poop body n hands gross. dirty clothes smell like vomit and poop. I send 5 dress to change she came back in the same one’s she said some of the nurse were taunting her. Laughing and taking her a memory test and trying to tell her she’s crazy. Dolores has R.A. COPD,
LOPUS she can’t walk hold her drinks are feed herself and they didn’t help her and they put her in a crank bed were you have to call the nurse to crank it up and down. You can’t call according to cinthya she didn’t know how to transfer the calls. REALLY And then they called adult services on me saying I abuse her really!
Her family come over anytime....haha !!!!! they closed the case quick. They should of called adult abuse on themselves. Because they neglect all the people there lazy. They need to close this so called nursing facility down. It’s filthy

My wife’s father lives here and it’s honestly the worst place always dirty the people who take care of him have stolen things from him they never clean him up! The only thing keeping us from moving him is that he has dementia and he has to be in a coherent stage to say he wants to leave !

They need new workers ASAP people who care not just someone who wants to clock in and out

This place is horrible don't ever take your loved ones to be cared for there. Upper management are frauds and liars and some of the staff should not be working there at all residents well being is constantly at risk.
