The management is so unprofessional they changed the name of the company owns over a million times because of management complaints. Make sure you get copies of everything you sign with them because the will lose your paper work quick you can not trust them. All the do is complain about how many people they have when you come in with an issue when it’s their job to help you and make sure things get done right. They lost my application almost 3 times and told me I never had one. Pay attention to everything they do and say. They are so evil and I just can’t believe how careless they are of people applying for assistance to live. It’s their JOB to help you get all the information you ask of them they shouldn’t rush you.

They stole my moms car , threatened the mail driver with a gun , they constantly keep braking in the mail boxes .... maniger says they will fix the gate and have it locked with code but till this point they havnt .... theirs no cameras no security but yet seems like the maniger is worried more about checking who lives in your apartments and where you park at. And they always walk around with attitude!

They treat you with a commitment to making you feel comfortable and special.Maintenance employees seem to know there stuff and are courteous and willing to hear your concerns.All staff as far as I'm concerned deserve any ones Patriotism.. Keep up the good work,and Thanks.

I have been here close to 3 yrs. I can appreciate the new management / owner peak living also the workers Anita, Carolyn also Maria thanks for taken care of me when I need anything done. Sincerely

I've been living in the apartments 4yrs since living here, I've had my car vandalized . The Maintenance man has left the office Keys in my doors unattended they spray for Roaches and their still here. Just because these are low income Apts. Do we have to live this way under these conditions.

WOW!!!This place opens from 9am to 4pm never have I heard they only take Residents by appointments!!Even CRAZIER only from 9:00am to 10:30am ,My question is ?if we have an emergency do we make an appointment for that as well! Also for those who work 1st shift they can't even work with us to see us later than 10:30am!!All the Manager said Next time don't be late ,Really unprofessional also didn't say it in private but in front of other Residents in the office
THEY NEVER ANSWRR PHONE CALLS LEAVE VOICE MAIL ND NEVER HEAR BACK FROM MANAGEMENT!!!!
I HOPE JOHN STWART COMPANY KNOWS OF THIS ISSUE WITH THIER MANAGEMENT RUNNING THINGS AROUND HERE !!!!!
