College view apartments are low income housing, with slight view of college. Complex`s near north beale road tend to be real noisy with all day traffic. Other than the druggies running thru once in a while place is nice. watch your cars and back yard belongings.

Very attentive, active manager, very quiet, well taken care of complex. Out of all the apartment conplexes i have lived in, this is by far the best. The manager goes above and beyond what is expected of a manager.

I love living here it's quiet the Neighbors are nice the apartments are well taken care of. I lived here most of my life and plain on staying here I'd definitely recommend these apartments to friends and family.

Inner sidewalks area's are clean clear paths. Easy access to the freeways. Not to bad area. I would definitely check it out again.

I just love Kathy she is the best Manger and she is very professional and kind . I enjoyed staying at this apartments it really was home I regret moving !!!!

Pretty dam quiet until 7 cars come zooming down the road with the trash straight pipe or cut off from the heads

The apartments are very clean and well kept on the outside. I couldn't see to locate or contact the manager though,I needed an application.

If you want nosy neighbors who run their mouth this is the place. The apartments are kept up for it being government housing and the landscape is minimal.
