Well I live here my experience here has been a total wreck in my apartment is infested with roaches and bed bugs I have bad sores on my back that are not going to go away and management does not care enough to do anything about my apartment at this time I have not paid a dime of rent in a year and a half due to my infestation problem the management sucks and they are slumlords they don't want to do anything to retain residents or help residents in any way shape or form because half of the residents here or more than half have disabilities and are low income and they just want to get these people in here because they know that people are more worried about their disabilities then living in bad conditions so those residents don't complain about anything because they're afraid they are going to lose their homes NB homeless. Me on the other hand I've been in this industry for 15 years as a maintenance supervisor and I have never seen or heard of a company treat people the way this company teach people it's absolutely unheard of. All they want to do is get their money and get the rest from the state that they are reimbursed for the disabled and the low-income residents here and they do nothing to make the residential community feel at home all residents have the right to feel good about coming home and I have not talked to one person that feels good about their home it's absolutely ridiculous I would never refer anyone to this apartment complex or this management company because it will make me look like a fool when they get here and see what they make their residents go through,,, to put it mildly it's a piece of crap and from the top to the bottom I don't know how all these people go home and sleep at night when they make people live under these conditions

people come in drunk and house are always get broken into and stuff stolen i would not recommend this place to anyone who does not have a lot of income and does not want there item stolen
