One of the better well run Hampton Inns. Efficient check in although the digital key was not available by itself. Was invoked at check in. This was the ONLY Hampton Inn that knows how to make Oatmeal. Amazing. All staff were courteous and efficient. Stayed 2 nights. This is my annual visit while attending ATT Pebble Beach golf tournament

I hope this review won't increase prices, as I believe that the cost per night is the correct price point. I want to praise the Hampton inn staff for providing the level of service families should expect when they stay at a Hilton brand hotel. The staff at this location were all helpful, professional, diligent, and customer focused. The quality they add to the hotels name and the Hilton brand should really be acknowledged from the top.
We had a room in which another family above us was very loud with kids running around past 12 am. We waited as long as we could before calling the front desk, as we are a family with children and understand (especially during a school holiday).
The front desk was so understanding and willing to mediate the situation. 30 min later there was calm and we were able to rest.
The room was so clean, spacious, eco friendly, and relaxing. It was making me sad to think for a moment I wouldn't be able to enjoy my overnight stay.
Though this is not the luxury spa resorts,
The modern and clean look feels really high quality.
The breakfast is very well done and the seating areas, amenities, and personal touches set this hotel apart from other hotels in the area.
I generally think this area has great quality businesses, but this hotel is now our family's favorite and we will return here for our travels.
There are charging stations and really good parking.
It's conveniently located down the road from the beach , gas station, and a Walmart.
I have already recommended this hotel to other friends and families for close to home vacations.
Big thank you to the staff members for a great experience.

Nice rooms but the bathrooms have those annoying sliding barn doors that don't lock or close off the room in any way. Give us normal doors back, I say. As a result I got 20% less enjoyment out of my stay.

Positive: It was clean and nice. No problems! Negative: A strange design choice was that there was no cardreader to allow re-entry to the stairwell doors. Therefore, if you exited the building through either of the two starwells you could not reenter through the same door. Doors that allowed entry were far...

Parking: is free on the property if you are staying at the hotel.

Checking in was smooth. However, they gave us a room that wasn't ready yet, and we had to get a different room. It was not an issue since it was resolved quickly. Checking out was just as smooth.

Rooms: clean. Note that the walls are SUPER thin. We could hear the room next door have a normal conversation. You need 1 key card to be able to operate the room lights.

Security: While I didn't see any security person there, the front sliding doors locked after 9 PM, and you need your room key card to get back into the building. All other entrances are locked all day but can be accessed using your room key card.

Breakfast: You have to give them props for their breakfast! They offer breakfast daily, and some items change from day to day. They offer cereal, coffee, and a waffle maker daily, but they change some of the food items. One day, it could be omelets, and the next is hardboiled eggs, or French toast slices, or sausage. Their juice machine was super watered down, though.

Pool: As much as we wanted to use the pool, the whole room wreaked chlorine. The pool is enclosed, so it ends up trapping the chlorine smell.

Gym: Small but they have 2 treadmills, a stationary bicycle, and a pelaton. During the day, there's towels for you to use.

My recent stay was overall quite pleasant. The staff was exceptional - friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay.

There was just one downside - the pool. Unfortunately, it had a strong odor of rotten eggs, which I believe is caused by chlorine reacting to organic materials in the water. This could potentially be addressed by improving the pool's circulation and filtration system, or by shocking the pool with chlorine.

Despite the pool issue, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others, especially those looking for spacious accommodations and friendly service. With some attention to the pool, this hotel could be even better!
