La habitación era un poco pequeña en comparación con otros moteles y el precio algo elevado pero estaba muy limpio y funcionaba todo.la ubicación buena para ir andando hasta el mar.

I was searching for an inexpensive sleep, and this place is great! Clean room and no carpet, which I appreciate in a cheap motel. My room smelled clean, the shower was piping hot with good pressure, and the heater swiftly brought my room to the desired temperature. There was a mini fridge, and the fellow at the desk was kind enough to give me drinking water. Best value in town!

This hotel is a great bargain! The room was not overly fancy, but it was clean and had a larger than normal mini fridge! There is an ice machine and microwave in/near the office. None of the staff spoke English well, which made communicating tricky at times. It's basically across the street from the beach and a walking path. There is also a bus line right outside the door, so you can easily get down the street to Cannery Row or other locations for $2. Overall, I'd recommend it if you are looking for a fairly priced motel!

Overall, it was a great experience. Although I did ask the front desk if they could hold a key for my son to pick up and the guy basically gestured with his hand "no" for me to go away, and that no my son couldn't pick up a key from the front desk. So, as far as customer service goes, that's the only thing that was not that great. I did find a hair on the bed, but I didn't want to complain. I didn't have the energy to have to deal with maybe having to go somewhere else or anything at that. The woman who checked me in was great and patient.

The absolute worse service I could have received. The man became extremely offended when we asked to see the room before we paid for it. Sometimes a place looks really dirty or sketchy. And often times we don’t get a refund once we paid. He basically said “look im not going outside. You want the room or not? It’s no problem to me if you’re here or not, you can go” all this negativity simply because we want to ensure that MY money isn’t going to waste AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
