I stayed here for a couple of months last summer. The best part was meeting new students who many of them became good friends. Altough everything about the building and facilities was really good, maybe the manners of the staff was the worst thing. Also, loved to wake up and see a squirrel on the window.

The people here are very noisy, don’t get me wrong it’s the city . But the noise in this building is ridiculous, the RA’s are great and so is the dining staff and housekeeping , however management and communication staff are not great at all. I have been on this campus for two years and it is still a hastle with living here . I hope for changes in the future , for future residents and this building to change its ways . Not to mention the dirtiness that some of these residents create and the smells , not worth it.

Amazing place!!! I've lived here 3 years now and it's so great. So fun and great food and met lots of people. Lots of fun activities the RAs host. Not to mention it's like a hotel it's so nice. The hot water is no longer a problem either. Also there is now a quiet policy for the trains so they don't honk anymore! I would love to live here longer. The food is SO GOOD by the way. Also it's super chill college experience. Love the atmosphere and I've never experienced any issues. I didn't think it could improve from last year but somehow they did with better dining hours and a food cart at night and the things I listed earlier. Also the staff is super nice to me always. Also they fixed the issue with the parking lot being hard to enter on Bronco Sundays. Seriously don't listen to the complainer reviews on here...

I stayed here for my freshman year Fall 2017- Spring 2018.
I am not going to go on a rant about the "horrid conditions" or terrible food and what not.
It's a mediocre living situation at best. While I do not expect lavish conditions, I do expect value. Campus village does not offer a good value. Living in Denver is already expensive, but these apartments are much more so. The cold showers, the undry clothes from the dryers, the floods, the odors in the hallway all should not occur because of the exuberant prices.
On the other hand, the maintenance and food staff is extremely nice and welcoming and the proximity to campus is awesome.
Overall, I do not recommend these apartments for students, especially students coming from low-mid income families. I do regret living here, especially because of the amount of money I had spent to do so.

I enjoyed my stay here at the residents hall. People expect it to be brand new and flawless..but when it comes to maintaining their own room, students forget that other students have lived here prior and its up to us. My hot water worked just fine.

I love it here! It is so much better than the regency! The staff and management are welcoming and reasonable people. They always put a smile on my face. My roommate is awesome. People are friendly here and interested in there schooling. I feel safe having the desk check most visitors check in. Some sneak in the back gate, with their friends but their cars get booted. They follow through on policies and give fines out, which the regency never did. I enjoy it here and it actually feels like home. 🙂

If it wasn't for the location and Frank, the resident director, it would be 1 star. I have lived here all four years of school and the place has not improved. Many days without hot water or HVAC. The maintenance team works hard but it's impossible for them to stay caught up. The last two years there have been major floods in rooms. The food gave my roommate food poisoning twice our freshman year and kids who are on the meal plan now say it is just as bad. The all inclusive price is nice and the location is unbeatable but do not expect anything special and you are taking a chance living here on flooding and I guarantee you will not have hot water for a shower at least once per week.
