As far as the room goes. It was clean and the best was comfortable. The down side was I stayed on south tower and everydokr shook the entire bed. Additionally, the room service cleaning starts at 8 am sharp. If you have any intentions of sleeping in, even with a do not disturb sign, don't. It's so loud and super inconvenient. The only reason I am giving this 3 stars is because the pool is amazing. It's clean, nice chairs. 10/10. Unfortunately their gym was closed for renovation too which is another bummer. If I didn't have to, I would not stay here again

Room was beautiful and spacious. Bed and pillows were comfortable and fluffy and clean!! Comes will a microwave and mini fridge for convenience.
I was in the North Tower which doesn't have a pool but you do have access to the outdoor pool next to the South tower regardless of which side your on so thats a plus!!
You are a minute walk from the casino floor for easy access to having fun!!
All in all its a great stay!!

It was my dad who had a room for 2nights. I didn't make it.
IMy cars transmission went out that day. I stopped in HC to check fluids. I bought some new sunglasses and some drinks.

When we go down to CA we like to stop there & spend the night on our way back to Oregon. It is a great place to stay. Starting with the front desk, very pleasant & professional ladies. The rooms were very clean & very comfortable beds. They ck in with you to see if you need anything. Great place to stay!!

Was told pools were operational. That's not true. Upon check in, was told pools and spas were closed. The next morning, I was awakened by 9 am .The maids were playing music loudly in order to wake you to go ahead and check out. I was horribly dissatisfied with 169.00 room cost plus 150.00 cleaning deposit. Do yourself a favor and save money, stay at nearby motels. 100 percent, NOT WORTH IT!

If you like the smell of cigarette smoke and a drink that is so strong it's like lighter fluid this is your place. I complained about the margarita tasting bad and was told they could get me another. At 15 bucks a piece they should have been superb. I didn't like the one I had why would I want another? I choked all night on the smell of smoke and the dinner I ate. The room was clean. This the two stars. Never will stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Also no one told us about the breakfast but after my stomachs reaction to dinner it would have been hard to eat.

Rolling Hills has a lot of security guards, however, you see them inside the building and hardly outside driving and patrolling the parking lot., to make sure that no one is trying to break into your vehicle, like what happened to my vehicle on March 28, 2023. We had 2 separate hotel rooms for 2 nights. The camera captured the entire breaking into my vehicle and thief. We noticed that Win River Casino have their security guards driving and patrolling the entire parking lot, constantly, which makes you feel safe and secure regarding your vehicle.
As far as the 4 of us who were in our group are concerned that Rolling Hills security system, sucks. They need to be patrolling in the parking lot. We spent lots of money on the hotel, meals and gambling. To this day, no one has even called us from Rolling Hills Casino.
However, the security manager, Mike Soss, was very helpful and concerned.

I reserved for two nights, after the first night they didn't have me down for the second night. If I hadn't noticed this before I left for my appointments this would have been Horrible to have come back to find my belongings not there.

Also they were suppose to be providing me with a Free breakfast coupon. They Never gave it to me. Security was Very rude when I went into casino. Next time I will drive the same amount of time and drive to Reno instead and have more of a selection and Better service.
