The train itself is clean and a pleasant way to ride. But the ferry connection needs tweaking. I agree this is an ADA lawsuit begging to be filed. I rode today and the train arrived later than the stated schedule arrival for the 2:40 ferry connection. It's almost impossible to make it even walking at a good clip. Anyone with mobility issues could not possibly do it. Why leave so little time to make the walk? It's unnecessary and unkind for your riders. Doesn't seem like whoever is writing the schedule has a clue how long the walk takes.

It’s nice to be able to see the train from far away, and it’s always on time unless it’s not. Overall, thoroughly impressed with the quality and care that is taken to manage the train. The restrooms are always clean and the walk to a from the ferry is clearly marked.

Dead End SMART Station looks like new, just like most of Marin Co..
Confusing walk to GG Ferry on 2 lane high speed bicycle path, too.
Or you can catch the next train Northbound.

So great when they opened this station to connect with the ferry, even with the 10 walk.
There are bicycle and pedestrian ramps, and a road overpass so you don't have to deal with traffic over to the ferry.

Only a 10-15 minute walk to the Larkspur Ferry and almost every train is timed to transfer to/from a ferry. There’s also a shuttle Thursday-Sunday to the ferry terminal if you need assistance.

What a horrible station. This was a 15 minute walk, alone, in the dark, through a huge parking lot, to get from the train to the ferry terminal. I'd never do this again.

My friends with Parkinson's who I went to visit would never be able to make this transfer, at all.

Why would anyone ever intentionally build something like this today? Someone needs to file an ADA lawsuit, since the transfer discriminates against people with disabilities as-designed.

Tried to commute with the ferry. Had to wait 45 minutes for train even though the ferry and train schedules are supposed to be combined to save you money. Not worth it, I'd rather take golden gate transit, they're always on time and have comfortable bus seats

Beautiful, clean place. The SMART staff was very cooperative. Easy to get from the train to the ferry.
