Our first visit to the Patrician. On short notice booked 2 nights (Dec. 31 to Jan. 2) close to the Rose Bowl as we were going to the game on January 1st. Go Bucks! What an amazing stay! Our host, TJ attended to our every need. His hospitality was outstanding. The accommodations were immaculate as is the condition of an incredible historic home located in a lovely setting. TJ was a wealth of information; his willingness to take a group of us down to see the Rose Parade before it started was one of the highlights of the visit. We will definitely visit again whenever we want to stay in Pasadena. It was an incredible experience!

We had a wonderful stay at The Patrician Hollywood Universal! The Patrician is absolutely gorgeous, well-maintained, and an amazing display of history and culture. Our accommodations were very comfortable and quiet. Located in a beautiful neighborhood overlooking Pasadena, we had no concerns about safety. We were constantly in awe of the home and its surroundings. That night, we visited with our amazing host T.J. and other guests as we watched Disneyland's firework show from afar. I cannot recommend The Patrician highly enough. It was more than just a place to stay...it was an entire experience which left us feeling like we had made new, lifelong connections.

Had a most unique and pleasurable experience during a recent stay at The Patrician Hollywood Universal. From the luxurious, comfortable room, the museum-like decor, the cozy yet elegant kitchen in which a yummy (decadent, actually) breakfast was served by friendly General Manager TJ himself….there is no other hotel stay in comparison to this most unusual guest house. Oh. And one more thing. Don’t leave without spending a few minutes relaxing in the comfy cushioned swing hanging from a tree outside on the patio overlooking the magnificent view. You won’t regret it!

The host, TJ, made it a wonderful stay. Great conversation and tips for places to visit helped to make this a memorable trip.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at The Patrician. Our room was large with a large bathroom and walk-in closet. TJ was very nice and helpful, and provided a good continental breakfast. Lemon drop martinis in the evening were delicious. It’s a very unique experience compared to the usual corporate hotel chains. We will be back.

オーナーのTJさんはとても親切で、到着後と夕食後に彼の手作りのカクテルを振る舞ってくださり、彼とのおしゃべりとても楽しかったです。何より、景色がとても良く、ロサンゼルスを一望でき、庭も素敵で映える写真がたくさん撮れました。
寝室もとてもゴージャスで、お城のようでした。

It was my first time to stay in Pasadena and I’ve stayed here for two night with my boyfriend☺️
I’m appreciate for TJ’s hospitality and I can’t forget the scenery from here and delicious breakfast and drinks especially lemon drops he made.
When I will go to LA, I would like to stay here again and I will introduce here to Japanese visitors.

We had an amazing stay at this historic hotel, which combines classic European style with modern comforts. TJ guided us around the beautifully decorated estate, filled with collectibles from his travels around the world. The peaceful nights and delicious homemade breakfast made our stay even more enjoyable. The highlight was meeting TJ and hearing his fascinating stories and wisdom. Highly recommend for a unique and enriching experience!
