DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The positive reviews on here must be fake... I am appalled. I stayed here on a bicycle tour because it was the only option around. There are dogs that are chained up at the hotel and are clearly not being well cared for. The wifi is horrible. The water reeks and is not drinkable. The rooms are covered with a thick layer of dust with bugs flying around. The bathroom is covered in BLACK MOLD. If I hadn't been on bike I would have left immediately. I cannot emphasize this enough... DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Our room was clean! The manager is very friendly and he’s dogs very friendly too. I love the animals. Remember, this place is in the middle of the woods. Very close to the Drive Thrue Tree Park.

Awesome little place to stay. The owners were very nice and accommodating. If you are looking to support a local business instead of corporate America, I would highly recommend.

Cozy little motel with friendly owners. Our room was clean and pleasantly decorated, and the bed was comfortable. No TV, which was a plus--it was nice to sit outside and enjoy the quiet. There's a lovely little outdoor seating area to enjoy the weather or look at the stars. I was happy to find an electric tea kettle for the morning as well. Bring your own drinking water, as others have mentioned. If you like staying in chain hotels, this might not be for you, but if you want a unique experience give it a shot!

HONEST REVIEW:
If you really need somewhere to stay..
This would be your last and closest option.

For one, when entering your room, you are greeted with coldness. Windows are wide open. Overall the bed is comfortable. The room gives off a very flowery vibe in a way it’s kind of romantic. There is no tv included. pretty clean room. When opening water faucet & shower head water smells bad not sure if it has to do with pipes? But It kept me from not showering. Was hoping for the smell to pass by but nothing still had the smell running everytime. There is free wifi included, but yet when trying to connect it’s too far away and won’t let you connect. I hardly had any signal in here and in room. just be aware. Another thing when trying to contact the owner they have you calling three different phone numbers. Two of them which didn’t help(out of service). But one answered and told me to call one of the numbers that was out of service.. Price was very pricey $122. Thank you total tree villas 6/10

We showed up very late at night in need of a place to stay on a long drive from So. Cal to Seattle. Plus we needed a place to park our travel trailer after our accommodations fell through. The owners were so sweet and accommodating. They spent so much time trying to make sure we were all set despite the late hour. It was the best type of family business! The place was adorable, clean and wonderful. Thank you for for your hospitality and for doing such a great job to create such a charming property.
