Dalia's board and care is a dream come true! We were so lucky to find this place that recently opened. Dalia and her husband Fernando are so kind, attentive, and they treat our family member with such warmth and respect. We actually feel like Dalia's family has become our second family. When we visit, it is like we are visiting the home of a family member. The home is well taken care of as are the residents and it really shows. They play family games together, sit and eat dinner at the table together, their daughters visit to say hello to everyone, and they even cater the television shows to what the residents enjoy. There is a warmth and kindness that is immediate upon entering the house. If you have found this place online, look no further ! There are a lot of board and care places out there but I have never been in one that truly makes me feel like our family member is finally home!!

Dalia's Boarding Home was a gift from heaven for me. This home is located in Riverside, CA near the 91 fwy on Jackson Street/Magnolia. It is a lovely single story home with all that its residents require. It is kept clean and immaculate and I promise you that you will never smell anything but a clean home or delicious meal prep.

I found a HOME and FAMILY for my mom that is dedicated to providing personalized care and medical services to its residents. The list of care services offered is comprehensive and includes activities of daily living assistance, assistance with bathing, dressing, transferring, incontinence, medication management, meal preparation and service, transportation arrangement (medical) and coordination with health care providers. In addition, housekeeping and linen services.
Residents receive 24-hour supervision and can enjoy delicious and nutritious meals that are prepared based on dietary restrictions by Dalia and her staff. Dalia is very structured and has daily routines that she adheres to for the well-being of her patients. She's even rigid with Home Health Hospice services coming into the home and seeing patients all during the same visit. I really appreciated that structure as it keeps the care flowing so nicely and doesn't disrupt the patients daily routines and activities. Dalia has visiting hours posted and she appreciates that families adhere to those house rules.

With all that said, the most important part of my review that I wish to convey is the love and care that residents of Dalia Boarding Care receive. Dalia and her staff are warm and kind. Anyone who's gone through the trying decision of having to remove a loved one from their own home knows the personal struggle that it is. Dalia was honestly like having a family member step in that could handle a situation that I was incapable of anymore. I write this with tears in my eyes as I am so very grateful that Dalia could care for my mom as lovingly as I would have if I could. If you are reading this review and need to talk with me for a personal recommendation, please ask Dalia to communicate it to me I will gladly speak with you on any doubts or concerns that you may have. Wow! I am really impressed with Dalia’s Boarding Home. I have been considering and lookin at places for my father. He has a lot of medications and things to keep track of and can be kind of a handful since I’m not professionally trained/equipped. I was feeling disappointed with some of the other local options. And if you’ve been looking too, you know what I mean. I decided to get a tour of Dalia’s and I really only wish I found it earlier! I’m so glad I even found this little gem, it’s so new and clean —and homey!! I felt welcomed and comfortable immediately by Dalia and her husband Fernando who also works there. They really give their all, you can tell. Dalia is so knowledgeable and Fernando home cooks all the meals as if your family member is one of theirs! There’s only a handful of other patients living there so they're able to be much more attentive and provide more intimate care. I know my dad will be cared for here, it’s crazy this isn’t the professional standard everywhere. I feel so blessed this boarding home is local enough for us, hopefully there isn’t a waitlist by the time my dad needs it; I refuse to go anywhere else!
