Wouldn’t have been so bad, but the trash everywhere was awful. And I just came from Tijuana and this place made Tijuana look nice. Dead mice right out front of the room door, beer cans and stains a week old. Trash can overflowing, and no trash cans in the room. Left over bottle caps and change on the mattress cover. No water to purchase. But the guy was nice.

Me and my fiance refer to this as sketchy motel. Drug deals going on at night. The rooms were absolutely disgusting you could feel the dirt on the floor. Not to mention that the room upstairs was probably a crack room people were pacing back and fourth all night. Worst experience if my life. Ohhh and they will not give your deposit back.

I wish I would've read the review BEFORE booking here. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The pictures attached show the room was never cleaned. I've never seen a room that disgusting. Not to mention, the roach that crawled out from under the bed as I walked in. I don't care what they say about having Pest Control services in their replies, I know what I saw and it's disheartening to think people have no choice, but to stay at a dump like this because of their "low prices". They really need to take the L and close this place down vs. risking peoples' lives.

My family and I were planning to stay here, but I was not going to put my son and mother in a hotel room with bugs while they both have several underlying health conditions that couldve got worse as a result of the filthy room. This place isn't safe nor family friendly.

I'm just in disbelief at how disgusting this place is. I check out two other rooms before finally finding a halfway decent one. Mold everywhere. Also the second room I looked at wasn't even locked the door was completely open. They don't clean under the beds. Looks like they don't even mop the floors I literally watched the cleaning lady "clean" four rooms in less then 5 minutes. Floor boards are all damaged either by water or animals or whatever their issues are there. This place is run down and a safety hazard, honestly think it needs to be torn down because how Filthy it is. A three story place with no working elevator is pretty insane to me. Also, every time i would leave and come back my key card didnt work. RIDICULOUS. Was there for 5 days without anyonr asking if we needed anything. Terrible service. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Never again.

This place is terrible, I suffer ptsd from the horrible nightmare of having roaches crawl in and out of my hair and bed, in my food and drinks, mice crawling into the bed in the middle of the night pooping on everything. The room had black mold under the sink, in the window, and behind the beds which I eventually got sick from, almost to the point of having to call 911. The wall under the sink eventually fell off and mice were able to come through there. The bathroom door fell off the hinges and the shower curtain rod fell off. I always kept it clean, especially since i never got any maids coming to the room asking if i needed towels, toilet paper, or any of that, i always had to provide it myself. The laundry room was always broken so always had to go and try to find a laundry mat. The lock on the room was always broken so I was always locked out of my room. The staff is very rude and stole money from me and claimed I never paid. So many drug busts it was insane. The price they were asking for is absolutely not worth it, i just left and never even went to check out and get my money back. If I could rate this anything other than a 1 star, I would rate it a negative 5 star
