303 BnB is what a bed and breakfast is all about! The room, the amenities, the breakfasts, the location and the host are all first rate. Everything looks new and is spotless. The games room with TV and wonderful porches on both levels were extra treats. Breakfast all three mornings were delicious. Thank you Kim for a memorable stay!

My daughter and I booked 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Kim could not have been a more gracious host and the rooms were well stocked and comfortable. Loved the front porch swing! Delicious breakfasts and liked eating outside the 2nd day. Great place to stay!

303BnB is a true gem of a find. Kim our host is wonderful, our Silver Room and the whole home is up to date, comfortable, spacious and spotless. Big porches and a fun game room! We had breakfast 3 days and all were delicious...her Eggs Benedict is awesome!

My wife and I had a fantastic experience at the 303! Kim really went out of her way to take care of us. She directed us to some great local attractions, fed us dinner on our last night there, and even made us a to-go breakfast when we let her know that we would be leaving very early in the morning. The room was great, breakfast was wonderful, and the hosts were awesome! Next time we stop in Flagstaff we'll definitely stay at the 303.

We arrived later at night and had our bedroom keys and notes waiting for us. Kim was available if needed but made sure we had a warm welcome in the morning for breakfast and coffee! Super cute home with a really great vibe. The interior is nice and new and updated , very clean, very cozy. There was a fridge we could use if needed in the game room and a mini kitchen bar there. Kim made us eggs Benedict with fresh fruit in the morning which was so good! She was a sweet host and we really enjoyed our night stay here as we were passing through. Flagstaff is the best town to stop and stay in if you are traveling around Arizona, Utah, Nevada! I wanna gatekeep this little spot to ourselves because I know we will definitely be back.

This place is AMAZING! My boyfriend and I stayed here during our 2 day trip to Snowbowl. We found this BnB more than comfortable! The rooms were spotless and the beds were so cozy. Breakfast was delicious! Kim was so welcoming and was there to accommodate all of our needs. Everything we would possibly need was available to us. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Such a great experience start to finish. The friendly owners have thought of every convenience a traveler wishes for and supplies it. Clean, close to town, quiet and comfortable. Enjoyed the varied delicious breakfasts and the front porches. Looking forward to returning.

Wonderful Bed and Breakfast, Kim the owner was very gracious and helpful. The rooms were good size, with King beds and decorated nicely. Many extras in the house, weight room, games, refrigerator and much more. The breakfast was delicious and early morning coffee was available. And the best thing was the price was reasonable. A hidden secret!
